GRID4EU at the India Smart Grid Week 2015

GRID4EU participates in the India Smart Grid Week 2015 from March 2nd to March 6th in Bangaluru.
It is the opportunity to share with international Smart Grids stakeholders the latest results of GRID4EU.
Rémy Garaude Verdier, the GRID4EU coordinator, and Christophe Arnoult, the French Demo Leader, held three different presentations called "A2.1 Introduction: Tools for Forecasting, Scheduling and Dispatch of distributed generation", "C2.1 Large Scale EU Demonstration for Integration of Renewable and Smart (or grid) automation" and "C2.4 Effective Customer Engagement for Smart Grid Project Success"
Laurent Schmitt, VP Smart Grids of Alstom Grid and partner of GRID4EU, also presented the French Demo in the contribution "A3.3 Consequences of distributed generation for distribution networks".
The India Smart Grid Week 2015 is an international Smart Grids event sponsored by the ISGAN and the GSGF and organized by the India Smart grid Forum. The India Smart Grid Forum (ISGF) is a public private partnership initiative of Ministry of Power (MoP), Government of India for accelerated development of smart grid technologies in the Indian power sector. ISGF was set up in 2010 to provide a mechanism through which academia, industry, utilities and other stakeholders could participate in the development of Indian smart grid systems and provide relevant inputs to the government’s decision-making.
